We are urgently looking for an experienced and hands on Junior restaurant manager for a restaurant, known for great vibes and quality seafood in the northern suburbs. This role requires a strong leader with excellent operational , financial, and people management skills, and a passion for exceptional food and service.
Duties and responsibilities include;
full restaurant operations management
Stock control, ordering, and supplier management.
Hr admistration , staff discipline and compliance.
handling customer queries , complaints , compliments and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintaining hygiene , health and safety , and operational standards for boh and FOH.
Desired experience and qualifications
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
Strong experience in management and stock control
Understanding of the pilot software
