Junior Manufacturing Engineer (On‑Site – St. Thomas, ON Office)

What will you do?

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting active equipment breakdowns or deficiencies.
• Maintain all control systems including Robotic Cells, CNC Machines, Automated Cells, and Tester Units.
• Maintain all electrical documentation and support the creation of standard formatting.
• Investigate and implement equipment optimizations and cycle‑time reduction events.
• Provide electrical and controls input for a detailed scope of work, design basis document, and project execution plan.
• Develop electrical designs for projects or proposals.
• Develop operator’s work instructions and assist in training.
• Prepare process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Support in the commissioning of automation projects as needed.
