supports the Insights team in uncovering consumer and shopper insights that shape Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Brand Strategy decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Consumer Research

• Assist in the conceptualization, execution, and reporting of primary research (internal and external)
• Conduct secondary research and competitive landscape analysis to identify emerging market trends

Shopper Insights & Analytics

• Analyze POS and syndicated data (e.g., Retail Audit / Consumer Panel) to understand shopper behavior and retail performance
• Support retailer strategy by identifying shopper pain points and opportunities in promotions, merchandising, and packaging
