• Handle specimen reception, preparation, labeling, and packing to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Perform specimen analysis, operate laboratory analysers, and assist in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide support in telephone reception duties, including responding to enquiries and assisting with patient-related matters.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of patients' billing details in accordance with established guidelines.
