Junior - Mid Designer (Digital, Video & Generative AI)

About The Role
As a Junior – Mid Designer at RoomRaccoon, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital customer touchpoints and bringing our brand and product story to life. You'll create high-quality visuals across web, video, social, and campaign assets that position RoomRaccoon as a market leader.
We're looking for a versatile, digitally strong designer who enjoys variety, moves fast, and is excited about using modern tools, including generative AI and avatar-based video, to scale creative output. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams across the business.
Your main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Taking creative briefs and translating business goals into strong visual concepts.
Working consistently within RoomRaccoon's brand guidelines and acting as a brand guardian.
Creating and executing end-to-end campaigns, from concept to final delivery, across multiple touchpoints.
