Position: Junior Ocean Import Coordinator – Ocean Freight
Reports to: Ocean ManagerLocation : Lachine As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be a key contributor to the Ocean team, managing daily logistics operations and ensuring the efficient movement of ocean freight. This role involves collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to support the company’s logistics goals and maintain smooth transportation processes. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Ocean team units to identify, report, and resolve shipping-related issues;

Communicate with ocean carriers, port terminals, and other external stakeholders;

Coordinate with origin teams to address origin-related concerns;

Review and verify daily tracking reports and master datafiles for Dollarama and vendor shipments;

Monitor shipment status and vessel arrivals at ports of discharge (POD); report any exceptions;
