Junior Officer

We are hiring Junior Officer - Accounts for our office located in Korangi Karachi.

Job Description:

• To keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. / Recording of petty expenses.
• Prepare payment & deductions detail for vendors.
• Understanding of Production & Vendor Payments issues
• To manage filing of invoice and payment vouchers
• Coordinate with all department for payment related matters.

Requirements:-

• B. Com / BA degree qualification
• 1-2 years related work experience in accounts department of retail or FMCG sectors
• Sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures (Accounts payables / receivables)
• Hands-on experience in AX Dynamics
• Familiarity with banking operations and fund management skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills
