Junior Officer - Production

**Job Description**

**Job Summary:**

The position is responsible to assist Sr. Executive Production, Executive Production, Manager 1 & 2 and supervise production team to achieve target in production plan with high productivity and adhere to GMP

**Essential Job Functions:**

1. Responsible to maintain an optimum level of manpower and over time
2. Responsible to ensure all operation of production adherence to cGMP compliance
3. Responsible on manpower development (training) for quality, productivity and cost consciousness
4. To train the production personnel on cGMP Trend & regulatory requirement.
5. Monitor the work of subordinates and ensure that the necessary assistance is provided to them for their timely, adequate and accurate completion of the assigned work
6. Accountability to ensure production planning & timely delivery of high productivity and low cost products and with compliance to cGMP.
