Job Description
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and code of conduct.
* Manage trainer scheduling and allocation for all training sessions in advance.
* Coordinate trainer logistics, including travel arrangements (e.g. flight, hotel, transportation) when traveling required.
* Ensure trainer profiles, certifications, and availability are always up to date.
* Handle classroom allocations for physical, virtual, and rental classes.
* To confirm class status in system once achieve satisfactory margin.
* Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for trainers and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth onboarding, class readiness, and post-class follow-ups.
* Learn and understand all key Operations SOPs to be able to step in or support other areas when needed (e.g. student enrolment, materials, lab).
