Junior Operations Associate

We are looking for Junior Operations Associates to coordinate and supervise the operations command team. This is a customer-centric and driver-centric role that focuses on delivering strong and effective operations coordination support, to ensure that day-to-day driver routing and operations are optimised and fulfilled per service level agreements with each corresponding client. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient functioning of operations, provide leadership and guidance to fellow team members, and respond effectively to emergencies or unforeseen events. You will work closely with the Operations team and other stakeholders to maintain a high standard of operational readiness.
