About the Role
The JR – Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of field inspections by coordinating with inspectors, insured clients, and agents. This position supports the Operations Managers in overseeing field inspectors, resolving scheduling conflicts, and addressing any operational concerns that may impact inspection timelines or service quality.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling real-time operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively investigate and respond to escalated operational situations.
