to work directly under our Founding Operator (Mikhail) and help scale delivery, content, and internal processes.

This is a high-growth role for someone who wants to be inside a startup, not watching from the outside.

What You'll Do

Content & SEO Execution

• Prepare blog drafts using AI workflows
• Format and upload content into CMS
• Optimize posts for search (titles, metadata, structure)
• Ensure publishing deadlines are met
• Maintain content tracking sheets

Client Support

• Assist with reporting
• Prepare research documents
• Help manage delivery timelines
• Support communication workflows
