From guest interaction and court oversight to pro shop support and general upkeep, your role ensures the club runs smoothly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.**Key Responsibilities**– Understand and manage the daily court booking schedule – Welcome guests, guide them through club rules and direct them to their courts – Assist guests proactively based on their needs – Ensure bookings run on time and are not exceeded – Support with ball collection in and around courts – Step in to play where needed to maintain game flow and engagement – Introduce new players to padel rules and basic gameplay – Promote and onboard guests onto the club’s WhatsApp community – Assist with guest queries in person and via the club phone – Support ligh...
