The **Paralegal I Junior Division of Enforcement** shall provide legal research and litigation support to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Division of Enforcement. The SECs Division of Enforcement utilizes a variety of data that contain current, historical, and future information about sensitive public company data, mutual fund data, and trade/quote data.

**Responsibilities**

+ Following established guidelines, gathers, prepares and summarizes relevant materials for use by litigation attorneys and/or other office professionals in preparation of memoranda and other legal documents.
+ Review documents, and cross-check information.
+ May synopsize transcripts of hearings and oral arguments for attorney use; review case-related materials and, for example, identify potentially conflicting statements or areas requiring further investigation; write preliminary drafts of l...
