Junior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team based in Malelane, Mpumalanga. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
• Capture and maintain accurate employee payroll information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor legislation
• Process statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, etc.)
• Assist with leave administration and employee benefits administration
• Handle payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
• Support the finance department with related administrative tasks
