Job Description

JOIN OUR TEAM
We are looking for a structured Junior People Operations Manager to support Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope). This position is limited to 1 year and based in Robakowo, close to Poznan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting and compliance audits
Manage the full operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefits administration and the right to work for foreign employees in collaboration with the People Operations Manager
Act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including People & Culture, Finance, auditors and local authorities
