Junior Planner (Materials & Production)

• Manage demand planning process, analyze the historical billing to develop stocking strategy for supporting demand
• Responsible for Supply planning & Drive for optimal inventory to meet customer OTD performance while ensuring inventory target are met
• Actively anticipate customer requirement and work closely with buyers to develop measures to improve delivery commitment to customers
• Act as interface among Business Unit, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistic & Engineering
• Manage E&O to minimize exposure
• Manage Product Life Cycle process to ensure smooth execution of new product launch and materials requirements to minimize End-Of-Life exposure
• Take counter-measures for aging stock
• Responsible for preparing/supporting Quarterly reports/matrix
• Active involvement in driving process improvement and task with ad hoc project work
• Performs other duties as assigned
