This position offers a pathway into Plant Operations. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative may be considered for progression into Plant Operator roles. Training will include exposure to process systems, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety practices within an advanced organics processing facility.

The Junior Plant Operator supports daily plant operations through equipment operation, material handling, and general site support. This role is designed as an entry point into plant operations, providing exposure to processing systems, equipment, and operational procedures. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Plant Operator role through on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and demonstrated performance.
