ReachLink produce a podcast focused on the mental health industry. We already have a host and recording system in place. Now we're looking for a Junior Podcast Producer who can use modern AI tools and smart distribution strategies to help us scale reach, engagement, and downloads.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for turning raw podcast recordings into polished, optimized, and widely distributed content across audio platforms, YouTube, and social media.
This is not just editing — this is AI-assisted content production and growth execution.
Our stack includes:
- Riverside (recording)
- Captivate (podcast hosting & distribution)
- ElevenLabs (AI voice tools)
