Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Engineer transforms client needs into technical solutions by scoping and designing proposals, preparing cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Submit results from tabletop surveys and quick cost estimates to support solution planning.
• Coordinate and request actual field surveys, then compile clear reports for the team.
• Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for proposed solutions.
• Process service requests from active clients, ensuring prompt and effective support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to support project needs as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to keep projects running smoothly.
