Junior Process Engineering Manager

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality while reducing costs.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
