Job position overview
We are looking for a hands-on, technically curious, high‑agency Junior Product and Systems Builder to join the team. This role blends rapid software development, internal tool creation, and practical data analysis. You will work closely with the COO and alongside our lead developer to turn business needs into working software and actionable insights on the go.
You will not be responsible for long‑term architecture or production‑grade system design. Instead, you will focus on rapid implementation, experimentation, internal tooling, and extracting insight from our data. You will use AI tools as a core part of how you work, accelerating development and helping deliver functional tools fast.
