Junior Product Manager - Non Edible Category

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Documentation & Preparation: Prepare and maintain complete product documentation for new and existing lines, including ND files, cost breakdowns and competition analysis, ensuring accuracy and readiness for category decisions.
• Private Label (PL) Development: Support end-to-end PL development across non edible categories — drafting product briefs, coordinating packaging and artwork, and maintaining product specifications.
• Sample Coordination & Testing: Manage sample requests, follow-ups and testing cycles with suppliers and internal stakeholders; document test outcomes and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Product Performance Tracking: Track product performance across sales, margin, quality issues and aging stock; prepare clear, accurate basic reports for the Senior Head of Category.
