Junior Product Manager

About the Role
DCS Card Centre is seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to support the management and growth of our cobranded and affluent credit card portfolio.
This role will assist in product development, campaign execution, and portfolio performance monitoring to drive acquisition, activation, and card usage. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Management
Support the development and enhancement of cobranded and affluent card products
Assist in defining product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning
Monitor portfolio performance metrics including card base growth, billings, activation rates, and customer engagement
Prepare performance reports and insights for management review
Cobranded Partnerships
Support relationship management with cobranded partners
