Junior Production Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Engineer ensures that manpower under his supervision works efficiently, aims to meet target output and Products produced undergo approved procedures and quality requirements. He ensures compliance to safety regulations and abidance to company policies.

ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning daily to weekly production activity such as manpower, workload distribution and resource allotment.
• Planning for output requirement in accordance with project schedule and output quota.
• Assessing strength and weaknesses of each member of his team.
• Can guide manpower to understanding Work Instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical or Civil Engineering course
• Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
