Junior production manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Junior Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and deliver excellence across multiple product categories.
Role Overview The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of confectionery manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
