Junior Production Supervisor

Mc Bride Corporation is looking for a Junior Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production operations
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
• Monitor manpower deployment and machine utilization
• Prepare production reports and documentation
• Coordinate with other departments to address production issues
• Enforce company policies and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
• With at least a year of experience in manufacturing/production
