The role
You‘ll sit between two worlds. On one side, our clients — designers, architects, brands, business owners — who need a calm, articulate person they trust with their projects. On the other, our production partners — fabricators, installers, printers — who need someone with presence and follow-through, not just polite emails. Hybrid by design. Field one day, desk the next. You‘ll learn both client management and production coordination. Once you find your strength, you pick your lane.
What you‘ll do •
Run client projects from inquiry to install — quote chasing, approvals, file handoffs, status updates
• Coordinate production partners — site visits, deadlines, quality checks, payments • Show up on site when it matters — measurements, installs, problem-solving
• Keep our systems honest: job sheets, WhatsApp, Notion, Drive
• Close the loops nobody else has time to close
