Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist on planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects according to strict
    deadlines and within budget.
  • Work closely with clients to gather project requirements, identify business
    needs, and develop tailored IT solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates to support the sales process.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may
    arise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that deliverables meet
    client expectations and adhere to company standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status
    reports, and meeting minutes.
