Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end commodity/platform development programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, ODM, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to drive qualification, validation, and implementation.
  • Manage program schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and escalation handling to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee commodity qualification plans, SVTP documentation, and resolve technical/debugging issues with engineering teams.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and support system/module-level decision-making.
  • Mentor team members and effectively communicate program status to stakeholders and management.
