Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Projects team. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of store projects, including new openings, refurbishments, and category expansions.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1–3 years' project management or project coordination experience, with previous retail industry experience as non-negotiable.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing detail with deadlines, and ensuring every project reflects Faro's premium standards. Working closely with senior leadership, landlords, and suppliers, this role requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
