2XQuisite Designs is a bespoke design studio supporting companies, game developers, toymakers, and artists with realizing their vision through 2D, 3D & marketing designs.

We're looking for a Junior Project & Business Operations Coordinator to support project coordination, client admin, and day-to-day business operations in a remote setup.

What You'll Do

• Set up and track projects, timelines, and tasks (ClickUp or similar)
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team availability
• Manage project communication (preferably Slack or similar)
• Assist with quotations, invoices, and basic budget tracking
• Support proposals, client updates, and admin documentation
• Help with HR/admin tasks such as contracts and onboarding
