Job Description

You’ll be trusted with your own portfolio, backed by an experienced team, and given the tools, mentoring, and momentum to step confidently into portfolio management.

What you’ll be owning:
  • Management of a tidy portfolio of approximately properties
  • End-to-end repairs and maintenance coordination
  • Rental arrears, ingoings, outgoings, and routine inspections
  • Assisting with open homes and private inspections when needed
  • Coordinating property marketing and listings
  • Working closely with senior Property Managers and the Business Development Manager
  • Ongoing mentoring, weekly team meetings, and structured training
