Junior Property Manager(LISBON)

Education & Experience

Property Management or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Property Management (mandatory)
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory, due to international client exposure;
• Highly dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive profile, with strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills;
• Driving licence (mandatory);
• Availability for occasional travel within national territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Autocad, BIM and similar ERPs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with logistics and industrial park development projects.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to property management.
