Junior Purchase Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Officer with hands-on market experience and strong knowledge of luxury fabrics and premium materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality materials while ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability.
Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase luxury fabrics, trims, accessories, and related items as per brand standards
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and market contacts
Conduct market visits to stay updated on pricing, quality, and new materials
Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers
Ensure purchased items meet quality and luxury benchmarks
Coordinate with design, production, and inventory teams for material requirements
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation
