About the Role:
Are you a fast learner with a can-do attitude? We are looking for a Junior Purchasing & Logistics Executive to join our team. We don't require you to have years of experience or a specific degree—what we value most is your passion to learn and ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You Will Do:
Procurement: Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) based on engineer requirements; follow up strictly with suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time.
Documentation: Perform a Full Set document match (Invoice, DO, PO, PR, and GRN). Handle overseas documents like K1/CCP for Singapore and other international forms.
Logistics: Coordinate with the Sales team for customer deliveries; compare shipping quotes from forwarders (LCL/FCL); arrange local transport (3PL/Lalamove).
