As a Specialized tester, you will be responsible for checking and making sure a game respects all the intended Online Requirements from Networking standpoint. You may be in charge of several projects at the same time, where your primary goal is to identify issues, to manage test passes of your team on mentioned projects as well as to communicate with developers and other stakeholders and report to them.
Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Execute & coordinate Networking tests (verify NAT Traversal and NAT Interoperability, assure that the game does not malfunction or crash in various network conditions) and provide feedback to the production team;
Operate multiple platforms;
Diagnose and troubleshoot test platforms or networking tools;
Investigate, reproduce, report and track issues on the projects, find workarounds for production teams;
