Junior Qualifier

We are looking for an entry-level or junior professional with basic call center or customer-facing experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have clear and confident English communication skills, a willingness to learn outbound calling, lead qualification, and objection handling, and the ability to follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and training requirements. The role requires someone punctual, coachable and target-driven.

Job Description

• Makeoutbound calls to provided leads and qualify prospects
• Identify customer interest and eligibility using approved scripts
• Address basic customer questions and transfer qualified leads to senior salesstaff
• Accurately update call outcomes in the CRM
• Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards
