Purpose
To ensure the quality of the final product and the implementation of our integrated system of standards and procedures and to support the Plant and HSE Managers in guaranteeing compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental laws
Quality Controller
Controls & Testing: Performs product controls using lab instruments like scales, calipers, thickness gages, and torque meters
Non-Conformity Management: Supports the evaluation of quality problems and identifies solutions for non-conformities
Documentation: Fills in quality measurement info in production sheets and manages/archives quality documentation
Inspections: Checks incoming materials against specifications and supervises plant hygiene standards
Maintenance: Performs autonomous calibrations of instruments and scales
Audits & Training: Participates in internal/external audits and supports staff training on quality standa...
