Junior Quality Project Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior QPM Engineer to join our team at Acbel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.' in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our quality engineering projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and submit monthly NPI reports to Headquarters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor overall FPYR and VPYR per test station across all NPI projects and identify yield trends or issues.
• Track and manage NPI project schedules, with special attention to audit timelines.
• Extract monthly yield output and defect data from eMES for reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Close audit findings per customer by collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
