Junior Quantity Seryveor

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team at TABIR OMEGA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing professional quantity surveying services as part of the Construction Contracts Management team.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budget control for construction projects
• Support the procurement of materials and services, including tender evaluation and contract administration
• Measure and value construction works, process payment applications and prepare final accounts
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
