An established EME based in Pretoria is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jnr QS to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience (internship experience will not be considered)
• National Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying as a minimum qualification
• Strong and proven tendering experience
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel and estimating software essential)
• Solid experience in pricing, cost estimation, and claims preparation
• Strong understanding of technical tender returnables

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and pricing
• Compiling and submitting tender documentation
• Managing claims and variations
• Reviewing drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
