Role Description
This is full-time on-site role for Junior Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Stanley Chin QS Consult in Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Assist Senior QS / Principal in handling projects.
Prepare cost estimate and Bills of Quantities
Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents
Conduct monthly site valuation
