Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project.
• Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues.
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients.
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or any equivalent
• No experienced are welcomed to apply
• Good interpersonal skill
