Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Senior QS in various task.
• Support in preparation tender document include BOQ.
• Taking Off quantity and prepare cost estimation.
• Preparation of Interim and Final Payment Certificate.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Advance Diploma Quantity Surveying.
• 1-2 years working experience in construction or precast.
• Strong interest in QS and Construction Industry.
• Good understanding of construction drawing and spec.
• Can work under less supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and people skills.
