Junior R&D Technician-Construction

I. Job Summary

Junior Research and Development (R&D) Technician supports the design, development, and testing of new products, materials, and processes within the R&D department. This role involves conducting laboratory experiments, recording and analyzing data, maintaining equipment, and assisting the R&D Supervisor with product development. The technician ensures that all experiments are performed accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conducts laboratory testing and experiments following standard testing procedure.

2. Provide technical assistance and support to internal and external customers across the following PPro product categories: Adhesives & Sealants, Coatings, and Construction.
