Junior Recovery Officer
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
Ensure a smooth recovery cycle by collecting outstanding payments within the due timeline.
Conduct follow-up communications through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to recover payments.
Monitor unpaid accounts and prepare weekly/monthly recovery reports for the Recovery In-Charge.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
