This role will manage global hiring processes, develop strategies to attract and engage top professionals, and help foster a positive work culture to ensure long-term success
As a Junior Recruiter , you will play a key role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives, ensuring the company continues to thrive as a leading remote design agency
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Colombia time)

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment
