Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify roles, identifying must-have vs. good-to-have requirements
• Directly source candidates using LinkedIn, local job boards, and advanced boolean search strings
• Screen candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
