Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet client requirements. This role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in onboarding processes. The Junior Recruiter works closely with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs while delivering a positive candidate and client experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, BSBA or any equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Keen to details
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Willing to start ASAP
